Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026.

1. The service

StayOS Pro is a multi-tenant software platform for hotel operations. Access is granted per hotel business (a "tenant"). A tenant may operate several properties where its plan allows.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the activity of every user you invite. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Your data

You own your hotel's data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including guest identity data, and for complying with the laws that apply to your operation in your jurisdiction. We process data on your behalf to operate the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload unlawful content or malware; attempt to access another tenant's data; probe, scan or attack the platform; resell the service as a standalone product; or use the service in a way that violates the law.

6. Payments taken by your guests

StayOS Pro can process payments for bookings you publish. Where you enable a gateway, you are the merchant of record and are responsible for the refund, tax and dispute handling of your own transactions. Card and UPI credentials are handled by the provider and never stored by us.

7. Third-party integrations

Channel manager, OTA, SMS, WhatsApp and email integrations operate through the credentials you configure. Availability and correctness of those services are provided by their operators. We report synchronisation failures rather than hiding them, but we cannot guarantee a third party's availability.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may have a separate service level agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time from the billing screen.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact form.
