About StayOS Pro
StayOS Pro is a multi-tenant hotel management platform: a property management system, a direct booking engine and a set of back-of-house modules that share one operational record.
What we are careful about
No fabricated data
Availability is calculated, payments are verified, taxes come from configuration. Nothing is simulated to look complete.
History is immutable
Issued invoices, payments, refunds, stock movements and night audits stay as they were, with the snapshot they were created with.
Failures are visible
A failed channel sync, a failed webhook and a failed job are recorded, retried and shown to an operator instead of being swallowed.
Provider agnostic
Gateways, SMS, WhatsApp and OTA channels sit behind interfaces, so adding a provider is one adapter rather than a rewrite.
How it is built
Business rules live in services, not controllers or views. Controllers stay thin, access is decided by policies and database-driven roles, and cross-cutting concerns such as tenancy scoping, auditing and notifications are applied by the framework rather than repeated in every handler.
